Honey Glazed Pepper chicken on skewers.




A perfect snack for all your barbeque parties. Can be made in jiffy and loved by children and parents alike. 

INGREDIENTS :


Boneless chicken 400 gms , cut into 1 inch cubes (Nowadays ready made cubes are also available easily in the market)

Coloured bell peppers 2 to 3 cut into 1 inch squares
1 big onion cut into 1 inch squares. Bamboo skewers. 
Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp
Red chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Freshly ground black pepper 1/2 tbsp.
Soya sauce 1 tbsp 
Honey 2 teaspoons
Salt to taste

METHOD :


1. In a large bowl, mix all of the above ingredients. 


2. Let it marinate in the fridge for 1 or 2 hrs. 


3. Wet the bamboo skewers a little (Otherwise they can burn when grilling) before assembling the chicken n veggies.


4. Heat a pan and grill till cooked and nicely brown on all sides.

***No need to add oil as it will cook in the fat released by the chicken 

5. Serve Hot.


6. Vegetarians can use paneer or tofu instead of chicken.
