Tandoori Chicken rolls/wraps


Shreds of Tandoori chicken wrapped in a roti with mint chutney and onions... This is a perfect "Best out of waste" recipe as I usually prepare it from leftover tandoori chicken and leftover rotis. Tastes absolutely yummy and is easy to put together. It is a nice change if you don't want to eat the leftover chicken as it is. 

INGREDIENTS :

Tandoori chicken  one half 
Leftover rotis 4 nos (Fresh ones will also do)
Little salted butter
Chopped onion  1 medium sized 
chat masala   as per taste 
Mint Chutney  (Click for recipe) 
toothpicks for sealing 

METHOD :

1. Separate the tandoori chicken pcs from the bone and make shreds or small pieces as you prefer.
2. Heat the rotis on the tawa by applying little butter .
3. On the heated roti, add the chicken pieces. 
4. Add the mint chutney, chopped onion and chat masala over this chicken
5. Roll the roti with the filling and seal with a toothpick.
6. Ta-Da your Tandoori chicken wraps are ready within no time..
7. Serve with sliced onion tomato and a lemon wedge.
