'Dadape pohe' the name is derived from the fusion of two marathi words viz: ; Dadapne which means to mix with the hand using slight pressure and Pohe which is thin flattened rice which is the main ingredient used in the recipe .
This is a simple preparation made from ingredients easily available in the kitchen . Best part being it involves no cooking or gas. Actually a child's play. Simple yet delectable loved by one and all for its mix of textures and flavours . There are a few variations in the way it can be prepared . Presenting here my style of preparation. Ready in a jiffy , this can be your go-to snack for those hunger pangs.
