INGREDIENTS
Tender pcs of Boneless chicken breast 250 gms
Curds/ Plain yogurt 2 Tbsp
Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
Mutton masala (Store bought) 1 to 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Chat masala 1 tsp
Mint Chutney (Paste of green chillies+coriander+mint leaves) 2 tsp.
Coriander+Cummin seed (Dhania- Jeera) powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste .
METHOD :
1. Cut the boneless chicken into 1 inch pieces, Clean wash and keep aside in a bowl.
2. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
3. Keep covered in the refrigerator for at least 30 mins.
4. Heat a Non stick pan. Once the pan is hot, add this marinated chicken pieces and stir fry in medium flame till nice and golden on all sides.
5. Add just a little water if you feel the mixture is becoming too dry.
6. Serve Hot with a slice of lemon and Onion rings for garnish.
7. Enjoy !!!
8. Vegetarians can replace the chicken with Paneer(Cottage cheese) or Tofu or even the humble Potato.
