Veggie Cutlets

Vegetable cutlets.

A mix of all healthy vegetables rolled into interesting shapes .Coated with semolina and shallow fried, Served with chutney or Ketchup of your choice . These little cutlets are a sure shot way to ensure your kids eat veggies. 

INGREDIENTS :

4 MED potatoes boiled n mashed
1 beetroot grated
1 big carrot grated.
1/2 bowl green peas shelled.
5 green chillies
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 Tbsp chopped coriander.
Salt to taste
Oil
Semolina for coating the cutlets.

METHOD :
Boil n mash potatoes.
Steam the grated beetroot n carrot in microwave for 5 to 6 mins without adding any water.
Boil n mash slightly the green peas.
Mix all of these.
Add paste of ginger garlic chillies n coriander to this.
Add salt to taste.
Make cutlets of the shape you like.
Roll in semolina or rawa .
Shallow fry in a pan.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
