Bhadang (Spicy puffed rice Snack)

'Bhadang' is a crispy, crunchy , tasty popular Snack prepared using puffed rice (Kurmura)  and few spices. It has it's origin in the Kolhapur, Sangli regions in Maharashtra, India. It's popularity lies in the fact that it is very very easy to prepare, great as a mid-time or evening snack and is also low calorie. Also it is not very heavy on the pocket. Sharing here a very simple way to prepare it at home. There are usually two versions available , one is with garlic and one without. I personally prefer the one with Garlic although both are equally tasty. Do try the recipe and give your feedback.
