Vegetable raita



A Simple yet delicious mix of fresh vegetables with curds . This is a great coolant for the Hot summers and forms an absolutely great accompaniment with spicy dishes like curries or Biryanis . Ready in less than 5 mins this one is really 'Fast to cook and good to eat'

INGREDIENTS :

1 Cucumber
1 tomato 
1 onion 
2 green chillies 
sugar 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
Curd or Plain Yogurt 1 Bowl 
Chopped coriander leaves 1 Tsp.


METHOD :

1. Finely chop the cucumber, tomato and the onion and mix well . (You can add or edit more veggies as per your liking)
2. Add the sugar and salt and chopped green chillies.
3. Whisk the curds till its nice and creamy .
4. Add the curds to the veggies mixture .
5. Garnish with chopped coriander.
6. Your easy to make Veg raita is ready.
